First, you’ll need to be sure you have a properly functioning high speed
Internet connection such as DSL or cable.

Next, select from one of many cost-saving Residential plans from our
Packet8 Residential Services offerings or call 1-877-868-1135 to order service.

After your order is processed, the accompanying equipment needed to install your service, i.e. Broadband Phone Adapter, expandable VoIP Phone System, Packet8 Videophone, etc., will immediately be shipped out to you via our standard shipping policy.

Once you have received this equipment, you are now ready to install and activate your new Packet8 Internet phone service.
